Explanation::

As Minnesota produced \(\frac{2}{3}\) and Michigan produced \(\frac{1}{6}\), therefore the remaining state = \(\frac{1}{6}\) = 18 million

Now , Minnesota produced \(\frac{2}{3}\) i.e. = \(\frac{4}{6}\) = 4 * 18 = 72 Million ( \(\frac{2}{3}\)= can also be written as \(\frac{4}{6}\) and \(\frac{1}{6}\) = 18 million)
