Total number of daily circulation in 1980 = $$180$$ thousand = $$180000$$
Total dollar advertisement revenue in 1980 = $$36$$ million = $$36000000$$
Hence the no of times dollar revenue on advertisement is over total daily circulation is given by:
$$\frac{36000000}{180000} = 200$$
option B

It is important to remember the number of zeroes for this type of question. Luckily the option has really varied numbers instead of options like A. 20, B. 200, C. 2000, etc. Here, advertising revenue in 1980 is 36mn and daily circulation is 180000. So 36000000 is 180000 times 200, which gives us B.
