given,

$$X + 8 + 11 = 32$$
solve for $$x; x = 13$$
therefore $$x + 3 = 16$$
$$16 * 4 = 64$$
option E

Thus, x = 32 – 11 – 8 = 13. Product of 4 and (x+3) equals:
4*(13+3) = 64
