C \frac{x^2}{3}

Here,

As the question tells us that x is not divisible by 2 then we have to look the denominator any even value divisible by 2 will give the answer.

But here we are left with 2 option. Option A and Option E

In option A , the number

\frac{x+1}{2} will be divisible by 2, since the numerator: x + 1 = Even number (since x is odd, so Odd + 1 = even number and it will be divisible by 2)

So we are left with option E
