If we double t, triple a, and quadruple h we have

(3a)(2t)^2 / (4h)

= 3(a)(4t^2) / (4h)

= 3*4(a)(t^2)/ 4*h
= 3 (a)(t^2) / h

= 3 M

So it triples.
