Explanation

We start by computing sums of each category and find difference.

CategoryABCTotal
Promptness6.56.94.117.5
Reliability7.87.54.920.2
Difference:2.7

Finally, multiply this number by the 100 travel agents: \(2.7 \times 100 = 270\)

The question asks for an approximate number and the closest is 250.

Hence option D is correct.
