kindly , review the question. It seems to have a mistake in the question. If a/b = 0, the a has to be 0. In this case ab can be greater than 0. thanks.

Given

$$\frac{a}{b} > 0$$

So, we can conclude that either a or b both are positive or both are negative.

In both cases ab> 0 .

Answer would be only OPTION C

As A/B > 0 ; so this means that both 'a' & 'b' have the same sign ( Either both are Positive or Both are Negative )

so this guarantees that a*b > 0

Now we can't be sure that a > b as in case of Negative Numbers , A can never be Greater than B { It's only the Modulus of the Negative A that will be greater than the Mod of Negative B]
