A. $$\frac{a + b}{c}$$

D. $$\frac{a + b + c}{abc + 1}$$

a + $$\frac{1}{b + \frac{1}{c}} = a + \frac{c}{{bc + 1}} = \frac{abc + a + c}{{bc + 1}}$$
