(2x + 2)^2=0

(2x+2)(2x+2) = 0

2x+2 = 0/2x+2

2x+2 = 0

x = -2/2

x= -1

Explanation

Take the square root of both sides to begin solving this polynomial. So, \(2x + 2 = 0\). Solve for x and enter in –1 as the final answer.
