C ... fairly straight forward...4r = 4s ... => s = r...leading to (C)

Our goal is to solve this equation for $$s$$

Take: $$2r - s = 3s - 2r$$

Add $$2r$$ to both sides to get: $$4r - s = 3s$$

Add $$s$$ to both sides to get: $$4r = 4s$$

Divide both sides by $$4$$ to get: $$r = s$$

Cheers,
Brent
