Given the equation, if we multiply both sides by (7y-x), we get $$18y = 3(7y-x)$$. Then if we subtract 18y and sum 3x from both sides, we get $$3x = 3y$$. Dividing both sides by 3, we get $$x=y$$. Thus quantities A and B are equal and answer is C!
