This is a inequality question, lets solve it. The given inequality results into this after expanding
-4 <= 3-n <= 4
-7 <= -n <= 1 ... multiplying with (-1) gives
-1 <= n <= 7 ... that gives n = -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, hence 9 values.
