For this problem, 3(x - 7) > 9
0.25y - 3 < 1

then we got (x-7)> 3 ------------> x>10

0.25y < 4 --------> y < 16

in this scenario, x could 10 11 12 13 18 1 9

y could be 16 15 14 12 8 3 2 1

Thus relation b/e x and y is unceratin
