What's that? Can you explain your idea? It is not so clear without parenthesis

Anyway, if we convert all to seconds, i.e. 7 minutes = 420 seconds (7*60) + 6 seconds = 426 seconds every six days. Thus, in one day the watch gains 426/6 = 71 seconds or 1 minute and 11 seconds. Answer C
