Let the smaller number be x
so larger number = x+13

As per the question: (x)*(3/2)=x+13
3x = 2x+26
x=26

Thus the correct answer is B.

a-b = 13

a=3/2b

b=?

Replacing b in place of a in equation 1, 3/2b - b = 13
b/2 = 13,
