Explanation

When you see the word approximately, you are being told to Ballpark. In this case, you have 26 possibile letters for that slot, 5 for the second slot, and 21 for the third slot. Estimate and call this 25 × 20 × 5.

The total is 2,500, so select choice C.

We have to select 3 letters.

There are 26 options for first letter and 5 for the second letter finally we have 20 consonent options for the last poistion.

Hence total possible combinations = 26 * 5 * 20 =2600.
