Explanation

The best way is to go about eliminating options without doing any calculations.

Now we are looking for decrease so we can eliminate Financial insurance and services from the list as these sectors increased.

We can also eliminate wholesale and other sections as the drop is small compared to Manufacturing or retail.

Now calculating the drop in contributions for Manufacturing:

$$\frac{31}{100} \times 630 - \frac{20}{100} \times 520 = 91.3$$ Million Dollars

And calculating the drop in contributions for Services:

$$\frac{19}{100} \times 630 - \frac{8}{100} \times 520 = 78.1$$ Million Dollars

Hence B is the correct option
