For the year in which the amount of Country X's total wheat imports was greatest, approximately what percent of that total was imported from the United States?

(A) 35%

According to the graph the total Imports is greatest on 1981 when the line peaks.
The y-axis gives million of metric tons of exports in an interval of 25 units as given by each square.

In 1981 approximately total Imports is $$425$$ millions of metric tons of which $$275$$ million metric tons was approximately from united states.

Hence $$\frac{275}{425} * 100 = 64.7% or 65%$$
