Here,

Surface area of the solid is = $$2(LH + BH + LB) = 2 (70 + 20 + 14) = 2(104) = 208$$

Length of AB = $$\sqrt{{L^2 + B^2 + H^2}} = \sqrt{{ 49 + 4 + 100}}= \sqrt{153} = 3\sqrt{17}$$
