Explanation

realize that when rounding numbers after decimal the first place is the tenths than hundredths and so on unlike before the decimal when it is units and then tens and so on.
the new form of $$d$$ after rounding would be $$5.039$$
$$d$$ in the original form was $$5.03894$$
In the original form after decimal there are $$5$$ numbers so make the new form equivalent to same number of decimal places i.e $$5.03900$$
When comparing the first three numbers are same and the last three are different so altogether $$3$$ numbers are different
option B
