As there is + inside square, we cannot get the number our without adding them. 81+9 =90

Hence answer

To simplify this expression, we'll use the following rule: √(ab) = (√a)(√b)

So, √(81 + 9) = √90
= √[(9)(10)]
= (√9)(√10)
= 3√10

Answer: C
