square root of 1 = square of 1 =1. Hence we can ignore what happens to 1. As 4 undergoes same operation in both A and B, answer is C

Explanation

Simplify Quantity A: \(\sqrt{\frac{1}{4^2}}=\frac{\sqrt{1}}{\sqrt{4^2}}=\frac{1}{4}\). The answer is choice (C).
