Simplify qty A:
Take $$0.8^2$$ common the expression reduces to
$$0.8^2(1+1+1+1)$$
or,$$0.8^2(4)$$
or, $$0.8^2 * 2^2$$
or, $$(0.8*2)^2$$
or, $$1.6^2$$ = qty B
