Hi LT2018

You need to look at both graphs.

The first one says that the downloads are about 10 % in total and that around 40 % of these are pop. So the downloads are 4 million

For 2012 the total downloads increased to 28 million and of these, 25 % (second graph) are pop. So in total 7 millions

$$\frac{7-4}{4} = \frac{3}{4} = 75$$ %
