TOTAL amount that Betty SPENT = $75 + $27 = $102
Amount that Betty RECEIVED for bike = $120

The money Betty RECEIVED in excess of the total amount she SPENT = $120 - $102
= $18

So, we have:
Quantity A: $18
Quantity B: $20

Answer: B
