Explanation

Let us assume Julio salary is \(J\)
Then Maria's salary before changing job would be \(1.24 J\)
After changing job maria salary is \(24 %\) less than her original salary
so her new salary is \(0.76 *1.24 J = 0.924 J\)
Julio salary is \(J\) and maria's new salary is \(0.924 J\)
