(B) 39
(C) 40
(D) 41

here 2: 1 is blue to red ratio,
6: 1 is red to orange,
so to balance blue to red's option we can be written as 12:6 (Blue: red)

so we can write the whole ration as Blue: Red: Orange as 12: 6: 1 = total 19
and is given options, 19's multiple is 38 only from options

Hence A is the answer

B:R = 2:1
R:O = 6:1
Now, B:R = 12:6
B:R:O = 12:6:1
Total sum of the ratio = 19
the multiple of 19 is answer, so it is 38 in the option
