here 2: 1 is blue to red ratio,
6: 1 is red to orange,
so to balance blue to red's option we can be written as 12:6 (Blue: red)

so we can write the whole ration as Blue: Red: Orange as 12: 6: 1 = total 19
and is given options, 19's multiple is 38 only from options

Hence A is the answer
