Here,

as the numerals 1, 2, and 3 can be written exactly once, so total possible arrangement = 1*2*3 = 6 possible ways

The numbers are :

123, 132, 213, 231, 321, 312

Median of the numbers = \(\frac{{213 + 231}}{2} = \frac{444}{2} = 222\)
