I always go to the gym regularly and train, in addition, I run in the morning to keep my body healthy but now that the given pandemic has come and everything has closed it is very difficult for me to do everything.
Of course, I don't give up and at home, I always do everything I need to. In addition, I maintain a healthy diet using an application from https://www.modernfit.com/programs/noom ... -watchers/
I noticed that using the program I have more motivation and I always try to succeed and combine everything I have to do. Does anyone here still use such applications? What effects and results did you have?

For maximum weight loss we will take max values of all approaches mentioned in question, and add them together.
Tai chi : 50
West coast: 30
Weekly shot for metabolism: 75
50+30+75=155 option D

By the way losing 155 pounds per week is insane and next to impossible
