Radius = 2

Volume = \(\pi r^2 h\)

\(15 = \pi 2^2 h\)

\(h= 1.19\)

Volume of cylinder = πr²h (where r = radius and h = height)

GIVEN: A right circular cylinder with radius 2 inches has volume 15 cubic inches.
Plug information into the formula: 15 = π(2²)h
Simplify: 15 = 4πh
Solve: h = 15/4π

π ≈ 3.14 ≈ 3

We get: h ≈ 15/4(3) ≈ 15/12

We get:
QUANTITY A: ≈ 15/12
QUANTITY B: 2

Answer: B
