Even though I worked out the match for this one, I realized I did not have to. Since merchant made a profit, Sale price is higher than cost price. This means profit percent of sale price will be lower than that of cost price

The profit expressed as a percent of the cost the merchant will be greater than The profit expressed as a percent of the sale price.

Profit = Revenue(sale price) - cost
