Hello,

please feel free to correct me if I am wrong here.

So the cow can move inside a circle with radius 5. This gives us an Area of 25pi.

However the area of the shed must be excluded. So we must substract 12 (3*4) from 25pi = 75.53 - 12 = 66.5

Since we need the answer in PI, divide by 3,14 which gives us 21.18, Hence answer is E
