We know,

Circumference of circle =\(2*\pi*{Radius}\)

and Area of the circle = \(\pi*{Radius}^2\)

Since,\(C = 3k\)

or \(2*\pi*Radius = 3 *\pi*{Radius}^2\)

or \(Radius = \frac{2}{3}\)
