We know,

Circumference of circle =$$2*\pi*{Radius}$$

and Area of the circle = $$\pi*{Radius}^2$$

Since,$$C = 3k$$

or $$2*\pi*Radius = 3 *\pi*{Radius}^2$$

or $$Radius = \frac{2}{3}$$
