Assume the radius prior increase is r1 and after increase its r2.

Given that area has increased by 21%. So, we can say that

if area prior increase was 100 sq units then it should be now 121 sq units

hence, we can write this as

3.14(r1)(r1) = 100
3.14(r2)(r2) = 121

therefore r1/r2 = 10/11

so the increase in radius is ((11-10)/10 )*100 = 10%

hence B is the right answer here
