I think the answer is A, III only. 30 is a multiple of 3 and 5, and is an even number, so I is incorrect. 45 is a multiple of 3 and 5, but n doesn't have to be 45, as there are other options to choose from. Any number that is a multiple of both 3 and 5 must also be a multiple of 15, so that is the only correct number.
