Qty A = \(\frac{90}{100} * 30 = 27\)

Qty B = \(\frac{13.5}{100} * 200\)
or, \(\frac{135}{1000} *200 = 13.5 * 2 = 27\)
option c

90 percent of 30 = (90/100)(30) = 2700/100 [no need to simplify this]
13.5 percent of 200 = (13.5/100)(200) = 2700/100

Answer: C

Solution
Option A
10 percent of 30 is 3 therefore 90% of 30= 9*3 = 27.
Option B
0.135 * 200 =27.

Hence the correct answer is C.
