I got the answer C. Although it looks funky, the equation is dividing 5 by 5/4. Dividing by a fraction can also be written as multiplying by its multiplicative inverse. So: 5 / 5/4 is the same as 5 * 4/5, which is simplified to 20/5, or 4.
