KUDOS
Hello,

So I got the answer C, that both quantities are the same. I converted .6 into fraction form, 3/5, which multiplied against 5/3 is just 1. As 1=1, the answer is C.

Quantity A = 5/3*0.6 = 5*0.2 = 1 = Quantity B
--> A = B

Key: C

Another way is to just cross multiply 3 with 1 then the right sight will be 3, and in the left side multiply 5*0.60=3. So the answer is C.

A says $$\frac{5}{3}\times 0.60$$ = $$5 \times 0.20$$ = 1

Hence, C
