We can solve this question using matching operations
Given:
Quantity A: 5/8
Quantity B: 7/11

Multiply both sides by 8 to get:
Quantity A: 5
Quantity B: 56/11

Multiply both sides by 11 to get:
Quantity A: 55
Quantity B: 56

Answer: B

Multiply both by 88
(5/8)*88=55
(7/11)*88=56
thus B
