This is all about the order of operations

PEMDAS (aka BEDMAS) tells We must evaluate the stuff in the brackets first: $$4 + 6 × 2$$
We must also complete all multiplication before addition.
So, $$4 + 6 × 2 = 4 + 12 = 16$$

So, $$\frac{32}{4 + 6 × 2}=\frac{32}{16}=2$$
