Quantity A:$$\frac{2}{3}(1-\frac{1}{3})$$
Quantity B : $$\frac{2}{9}$$

Quantity A:$$\frac{2}{3}(\frac{2}{3})$$
Quantity B : $$\frac{2}{9}$$

Quantity A:$$(\frac{4}{9})$$
Quantity B : $$\frac{2}{9}$$

Quantity A is greater.
