Explanation::

Since no information is given for p and q, then no. of possible cases to be considered

Case 1: if p = 11 and q = 12

then Qty A = 11 and Qty B = 2

Qty A > Qty B

Case 2: if p = 11 and q = 30

then Qty A = 11 and Qty B = 20

Qty A < Qty B

Hence Option D
