$$\frac{\frac{1}{r}}{\frac{1}{t}} =$$ $$\frac{3}{5}$$

or $${\frac{1}{r}} * {t} =$$ $$\frac{3}{5}$$

or $$\frac{t}{r} = \frac{3}{5}$$

or $$\frac{r}{t} = \frac{5}{3}$$

Therefore QTY A > QTY B

Property of division of fractions: (a/b) ÷ (c/d) = (a/b) x (d/c)

Given: (1/r)/(1/t) = 3/5
This is the same as (1/r) ÷ (1/t) = 3/5

Now apply the above property to get: (1/r) x (t/1) = 3/5

Simplify to get: to get: t/r = 3/5

If t/r = 3/5, then r/t = 5/3

We get:
QUANTITY A: 5/3
QUANTITY B: 3/5

Cheers,
Brent
